The hospital
This site is published by Chongqing West District Hospital, a tertiary general hospital at 301 Huafu Avenue North Section, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. Every reference to the hospital on this site means that institution, and the treating team practises within it.
Advertising and claims
This site describes devices by class — Q-switched, picosecond, fractional ablative, intense pulsed light, radiofrequency microneedling, microfocused ultrasound — and does not name a brand or a product. It does not quote prices and does not quote doses. It does not claim that post-laser pigment can be cleared completely, that a further session is a correction, or that pigment which has been lost will return, and it names the physician responsible for the medical content.
Honesty requirements for this subject
Because a change in the colour of treated skin is common, slow and frequently misdescribed, this site states plainly that the change appears two to four weeks after the session rather than on the day, that sun exposure in those weeks is the most common reason it deepens, that darker skin carries more risk because the melanin targeted is the same melanin that reacts, and that treating the colour with a device too soon can deepen it. It does not present a second treatment as a remedy that clears the first.
